Information on the use of cookies

EXTENDED INFORMATION ON THE USE OF COOKIES OF LAW ITALIAN ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003 AND THE MEASURE OF GUARANTOR POLICY N.229 OF 8/5/2014

WHAT ARE COOKIES

TYPES OF COOKIES
The ruling by Privacy "Identification of simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies - May 8, 2014 (Published in the Official Gazette no. 126 of June 3, 2014)" identifies two main categories cookies: cookies "technical" and cookies "profiling".

Cookie "technical"
Cookies technicians are those used for the sole purpose of "carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or as strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide this service "(cfr. art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code).
For the installation of these cookies you are not required the prior consent of the user, while it remains subject to the obligation to provide the information pursuant to art. 13 of the Code, the operator of the site, if you use only such devices may provide in the manner it deems most appropriate.

Cookie "analytical"
Collect aggregate information, such as number of users and how to use the site.

Cookie "profiling""
Cookies profiling are aimed at creating profiles user and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences shown by the same part of surfing the net. Given the considerable invasiveness that such devices may be part of the private sphere of the users, the European and Italian legislation requires the user to be properly informed on the use of the same and express their valid consent.
They refers to the art. 122 of the Code where it provides that "the storage of information in the terminal equipment of a contractor or a user or access to information already stored, are only allowed on condition that the contractor or the user has given consent after It was informed by the simplified procedures referred to in Article 13, paragraph 3 "(art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code).

Cookie "third party"
Visiting a website you may receive cookies from the site is visited (the owners) and from sites run by other organizations (third parties). One example is social plugin Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc. It is part of the page visited directly generated by these sites and integrated into site page host. DURATION OF COOKIES
